Playing Trademark in a Field of Chili Peppers?

Another fast food restaurant is coming to the City Center in downtown Minneapolis. It’s called Los Ocampo (meaning “the field“), and it’s apparently adopting this eye-catching trade dress:

That color scheme and the large, prominent non-verbal chili pepper left me wondering whether there is some sort of corporate connection with the Chili’s restaurant chain, see what I mean?

Especially, since the corporate owner of Chili’s — Brinker International — has been migrating to an almost stand alone non-verbal chili pepper logo, almost because it still adds the apostrophe and s:

What do you think? Is there a likelihood of confusion? Or is the color scheme and the prominent use of chili peppers for restaurants so common that it’s safe for Los Ocampo to play in this field?
